The Feds should consider rules to govern Internet Providers for many reasons.
Verizon is currently not disclosing upfront (without the consumer knowing to ask) that they won't allow their DSL customers to go back to Verizon DSL service once they try their new Verizon FiOS service with the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee (cancel "for any reason"). They do this even though the old copper wires are still in place.
